Cancellation Policy
~A Valid card and deposit is required to book all appointments.
~A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
~Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in 50% services fee.
~Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
~If I don’t cancel your appointment you will not receive a refund.
~You have a 15 minutes grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment you will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
All services are FINALLY SALE. No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
